Account and Registration Requirements
Cancellation by company
There may be some orders that we will not be able to accept and will be withdrawn. We reserve the right, and the sole discretion to cancel or refuse an order for any purpose. In some circumstances, which can lead to order cancellation for e.g. restrictions on the quantities available for purchase, problems that our department face to avoid credit fraud, or errors and inaccuracies in pricing and information, we may also request information or verification before any order. We will contact you if part or all of your order has been cancelled or if additional information is required to accept the order. If the order has been cancelled after your credit card is charged, the said sum shall be credited to your card account.
Cancellation by client
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel your request within seven days from the day of delivery for a refund, so long as you return the goods in the same condition as sold, with all components and accessories in one piece. Products must be unused and complete. In the event we find that the returned merchandises have reduced in value, the refund will be reflected as need be. You have an obligation to return any unwanted items within seven days of you notifying us of your intent to return. It will be your sole responsibility to take care of the products while in your possession. In the event you fail to fit into this obligation, we may refuse the return of the product and/or refund.
You must inform us of your intent to return the goods by writing to our Customer care team or emailing at email@example.com within seven days from the day after delivery or collection. Order number must be mentioned in all correspondence to avoid any delays.

When goods have been shipped from our warehouse and on the off chance that you at that point then reject delivery, there will be a charge for getting the goods back to us. We suggest you call us before declining the delivery to check the return cost.

Providing the Invoice copy for initiation of refund request is compulsory. Without the Invoice copy or after 30 days of invoice date no refund requests will be entertained.

These additional terms & conditions apply if you have purchased products that are not produced from Growthon.com and its affiliates. In other words, these terms and conditions apply when you buy products sold on Growthon.com by third party suppliers. You understand and agree that products that are sold on this site by third-party (“Vendors”) and Growthon.com may not be able to verify the transactions, acts and omissions of providers of these products. When you buy products from these manufacturers on this site, the following terms and conditions come into force: To relieve Growthon.com and/or its affiliates and agents from any damage, liability, cost, or other consequences of any of the merchants on the website and in particular to waive any claim you may have under any applicable law. Despite reasonable efforts, Growthon.com cannot verify the information provided by other vendors available on the site. There is a delivery charge which is applicable for the delivery of the merchandise. We make a genuine effort to keep the delivery charge as low as could realistically be expected.

Please Note: Goods or products are liable to availability; if the item is not in stock or if the delay is caused as a result of the payment process, delivery may require more time. Hence, any dates of delivery specified by us are approximate only. On the off chance that the product you ordered temporarily runs out of stock, you will receive a notification from us, and we would require up to 30 days for dispatch of the product once they are available, unless there are any exceptions to the circumstances.
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items those are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images of the product received.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.

Damaged & Incorrect Item(s):
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team within seven days of delivery via chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require your order number. We may likewise ask that you send the damaged/defective or incorrect item(s) back to us.
Please send your item(s) with a copy of the original receipt to the address below and the reason for your return. The delivery note must indicate “damaged,” if the package looks marred or damaged.
If, however, you assign another person to sign for and receive the goods on your behalf, it will then be considered that you have given the approval to advise the person to carefully check the products and take up full responsibility for any loss or damages if they sign on your behalf.
Growthon.com will not consider claims for reparations or unavailability after a lapse of a period. Any damage or loss to the goods shall be at your own risk, from the date of acceptance of delivery of the goods. Replacement products will be sent to you in case an item has arrived in a damaged condition.
The refund will be processed how the payment was made. If payment were made by credit card or online banking, we would refund the credit card or bank account. In case the payment has been made by cash, we will refund the payment via cheque or bank account.
The refund process will be initiated by us when we receive the product (s). Refunds are processed within ten working days; however, in the case of payments by cheque, it may take a few days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and the amount to reflect in your account once the cheque has been deposited in your bank by you.
Growthon.com cannot be held responsible for delays in credit to your credit card issuing bank managed by the cardholder.
Please Note: For products that are returned within the seven-day time frame, subject to the return of the goods, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in most cases within 30 days from the day you cancel the order. Products must be returned in the same condition as received by you. In this scenario, the price of the products in full including delivery will be refunded; however, you will be liable for the cost that is incurred for returning the product to us.
For products that are defective, the returned product will be inspected, and we will inform you in regards to the refund via e-mail, within a reasonable time frame. A refund will be processed, usually, within 30 days from the day an e-mail is received about your claim to a refund of the said product. Products returned by you for the reason that it was defective, however, the defect was not caused by you, your servant or anyone else will be refunded in full, including the delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning the product to us.
We always try to offer you the best products of the market but in case of any defects of non-effectiveness of the products, we are not responsible anyhow as we do not manufacture any of these products.
